Pasta sarata de nuci si seminte este o varianta vegana a untului, insa mult mai sanatoasa. Odata pregatita, poate da dependenta, asemeni salatei de cruditati…daca o vezi pe masa din bucatarie, mai iei cate o lingura….si inca o lingura….

Dragostea mea pentru nuci este mare, le-am folosit in foarte multe retete, am facut si lapte de nuci, si unt de nuci si creme dulci pentru cozonaci. Toate sunt foarte bune si, odata ce le-ai introdus in retetarul tau, le folosesti mereu, mai ales daca ai nuci in livada proprie.

Ultima utilizarea a pastei de nuci a fost in supa de rosii. Merge foarte bine!

Semintele de floarea soarelui se inmoaie foarte bine si se preteaza foarte usor la o pasta sarata.

Se pot face separat, se pot si combina.

Nucile se verifica foarte atent, sa nu ramana urme de coji, apoi se pun in apa la inmoi. Se lasa 6-8 ore sau peste noapte.

Dupa ce se inmoaie bine, se scurg de apa, se clatesc bine si se pun intr-un castron mai inalt. Daca le faceti separat, puneti in castroane diferite, daca vreti sa le combinati, puneti nucile si semintele in acelasi castron.

Pentru mixat folosim un blender vertical. La inceput incercam sa mixam fara adaos de apa, mai amestecam, mai scotem amestecul din lama blenderului..Daca semintele au absorbit mai multa apa, nu mai este necesar sa punem apa, poate cateva picaturi. Continuam sa mixam pana cand am realizat o pasta pufoasa. Punem sare, la incept mai putina, amestecam, gustam. Daca mai trebuie mai punem. Trebuie sa fie exact cat trebuia, nici prea mult, nici prea putin.
